Vazlumi S.A.S. (hereafter «Vazlumi», «we» or «the platform») operates vazlumi.com from Puerto Madero, CABA, Argentina. This policy describes how we handle the personal data you entrust to us when you visit our site, request information or access the pipeline of real estate projects.
1. Data controller
Vazlumi S.A.S., CUIT 30-71894231-9, registered address at Juana Manso 1050, Floor 14, C1107 CFB, Autonomous City of Buenos Aires. Reach the Data Protection Officer at privacidad@vazlumi.com.
2. Data we collect
We collect identification data (name, DNI or CUIT/CUIL), contact data (email, phone, address), professional data (investor profile, risk tolerance), financial data (net-worth declaration for operations above USD 30,000) and browsing data (IP address, device, cookies as detailed in the specific section).
3. Legal basis
We process your data based on Argentine Law 25,326 on Personal Data Protection, the execution of the contractual relationship and, when applicable, the explicit consent granted through the cookie banner under Consent Mode v2.
4. Purposes
We use your data to accredit you as an investor, comply with anti-money-laundering obligations (UIF Res. 30/2011), send informational and commercial communications (always with unsubscribe option), measure the effectiveness of our campaigns and improve the digital experience.
5. Processors & transfers
We share data with approved processors in Argentina and in the European Union (Google Ireland Ltd. for advertising and analytics, Amazon Web Services for hosting in the sa-east-1 region and contracted audit firms). Every international transfer is covered by Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the Access to Public Information Agency.
6. Retention
We keep the data for the duration of your relationship with Vazlumi and for ten (10) additional years for tax and regulatory obligations. Once the term expires we anonymise it irreversibly.
7. Your rights
You may exercise the rights of access, rectification, updating, deletion and opposition by writing to privacidad@vazlumi.com with proof of identity. You may also file claims before the Access to Public Information Agency (Av. Pte. Julio A. Roca 710, CABA).
8. Security
We enforce TLS 1.3 encryption in transit, AES-256 encryption at rest, role-based access control, annual SOC 2 Type II audits and internal incident response protocols coordinated by our CISO.
9. Minors
Our platform is reserved for individuals aged 18 or older and legally constituted entities. We do not deliberately collect information from minors.
10. Amendments
We may amend this policy to reflect legal or product changes. When the change is material we will notify you by email at least thirty (30) days in advance.
